How To Join Team Elite
We’re excited to have your athlete join Team Elite! Getting started is simple. Just follow the steps below to complete the registration process:
Step 1:
Register your athlete with AAU, https://www.aausports.org/membership/, using the team code and obtain their membership card. After registering, be sure to add your athlete to Team Elite using the team code: UUAUNYCZX.
Step 2:
Submit the Team Elite $45 program fee to secure your athlete’s spot on the team.
Step 3:
Review and complete the required consent form so we have all necessary information on file.
AAU Membership Registration
All athletes must be registered with the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) before they can participate with Team Elite. This membership is important because it provides insurance coverage, allows athletes to compete in official meets, and ensures they are recognized as part of AAU Track & Field.
Once your athlete’s AAU membership is complete, they will be eligible to train, compete, and represent Team Elite throughout the season. We’ve included a simple step-by-step video below to guide you through the registration process, making it quick and easy to sign up and secure your AAU card.
Team Elite Membership Fee
Team Elite operates with a focus on development, competition, and consistency. The current required fee is a $45 Annual Membership Fee per athlete.
This fee supports team operations, registration, and the overall structure needed to run a competitive program. It allows us to maintain organization, provide opportunities to compete, and ensure athletes are part of a program built for growth and performance.
Team Elite is committed to creating an environment where athletes can train with purpose, compete with confidence, and continue to improve throughout the season.

Parent Forms & Athlete Information
To ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes, a Parent Medical Waiver and Athlete Information Packet must be completed prior to participation.
This information allows our staff to be fully prepared to support your athlete in the event of a medical need and helps us maintain a safe training environment for everyone.
Please complete and submit all required forms before your athlete’s first practice.
Team Elite Media Consent
As part of the Team Elite experience, photos and videos may be taken during practices, meets, and team activities. These images may be used to highlight athlete development, team achievements, and program events across the following:
